Maannat.com (hereinafter referred to as “Maannat” or “Website” or “Platform”) is an internet-based content and e-commerce platform owned and operated for e-commerce activities, specifically showcasing and selling premium women's clothing and apparel. Maannat ensures that variations and cognate expressions refer to any user, visitor, member, maker, designer, service provider, institution, or party who visits, uses, or in any manner transacts with Maannat, and expressions like “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refer to Maannat.

Please read these terms carefully (collectively referred to as the “Terms of Use” or “Terms and Conditions”) before using the Maannat Website/Application. By using maannat.com, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The following Terms of Use constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable, and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended and issued in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the terms of use for access or usage of the platform. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Maannat.com is a dedicated e-commerce platform for us to advertise, exhibit, make available, and sell high-quality women's clothing (including ethnic wear, western wear, and bridal/couture collections) to You, and for You to accept the offer(s) specified by us via a number of internet-based services through the Website. One such service enables users to purchase original merchandise and clothing via placing an order. Maannat.com shall then ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the Services rendered to You.

3. Membership Eligibility

This Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use the Website.

If you are a minor (i.e., under the age of 18 years), you shall not register as a member of the Website. As a minor, if you wish to purchase an item on the Site, such purchase may be made by your legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the Site. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if it is brought to our notice or discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website’s registration process. Maannat reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.

Maannat owns various registered trademarks and trade names. The display of any of Our trade names, trademarks, designs, or patents within the Website Materials does not imply that any license has been granted to any third party in respect of the same. All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images (including professional product catalog shoots), audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Maannat, its affiliates, or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, authors' rights, and database right laws.

Maannat reserves the absolute rights to the clothing designs, patterns, silhouettes, and prints innovated, designed, or curated for our brand. While most listed products are the property of Maannat, a certain percentage may be outsourced from other premium manufacturers/wholesalers labeled under "MARKETPLACE".

You may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of this website (e.g., prices and product listings) without the express written consent of Maannat. Maannat respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please write to us at mannatcouture1@gmail.com.

8. Reviews, Comments, and Other Content

You may post reviews, comments, and other communications via your email address and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, infringing of intellectual property rights, defamatory, threatening, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties. Also, it must not contain software viruses, political campaigning, mass mailings, or any other form of “spam.”

9. Risk of Loss

You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site.

10. Product Descriptions and Outfit Representation

Maannat attempts to display clothing products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, measurements, or outfit details displayed on the website are exactly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a garment offered by Maannat.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in its unused, unwashed, and original tagged condition as per our Return Policy.

11. Modes of Payment

Maannat accepts the following forms of payment:

  • a) Online payment via Credit Card, Debit Card;

  • b) Cash on Delivery (COD) on limited pincodes/locations across India;

  • c) Net Banking, PayPal, and Unified Payments Interface (UPI).

You agree, understand, confirm, and state that the card and account details provided by You to transact on our Website will be correct, accurate, and owned by You. In the event You use a card belonging to any third party, You confirm that you have been authorized or expressly permitted by such third party to use the card for making payments.

12. Pricing

Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Prices mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) apply to the Indian market as well as to international markets. However, prices, products, and services may change at the discretion of Maannat.com. In accordance with brand guidelines, prices might change when stocks are replenished and may vary according to regions or seasonal collections.

13. Shipping and Transit Delays

We work with top industry courier partners to ensure proper deliveries globally and domestically. Ready-to-Ship products take about 1 to 7 working days to leave our facility. The time indicated against custom-made, custom-fitted, pre-order, or heavy bridal wear products is the dispatch time calculated in working days, which exclude weekends and public holidays.

Actual shipping time varies with type (domestic or international) and location. Please note, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances. The company "Maannat" won't be liable for any unexpected delays or damages during transit caused by logistics partners.

All prices are inclusive of GST. In the case of international shipments, Custom Duties and/or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We take all essential measures to ensure a smooth delivery, but customs clearance, if the need arises, is the customer's responsibility.

14. Delivery Attempts

Maannat will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver Your order. In cases when the customer is not reachable, provides an incorrect phone number, or does not accept delivery of products during these attempts, Maannat.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its sole discretion and return the package to our facility.

15. International Duties and Taxes

All of our Maannat orders are shipped internationally from our fulfillment center in India to your provided shipping address via our registered courier partners. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In cases where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Maannat takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in cases where such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

16. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

You hereby consent, express, and agree that you have read and fully understood the Returns and Exchange Policy of Maannat. You further consent that the terms and contents of such Policy are acceptable to You. Please note that custom-tailored, altered, or made-to-measurement women's outfits are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless received with a manufacturing defect.

17. Cancellations by Us

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, raw fabric unavailability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality/finish of the fabric.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your account within 7 to 10 working days.

18. Cancellations by You

We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of our usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

A request for cancellation of an order shall be valid and accepted only if made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already entered the cutting/tailoring process or orders for which a request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 hours. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.

19. Sizing, Alterations, and Fit Guide

The fit of our clothing depends heavily on the cut, fabric type (stretched or non-stretched), and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit (like oversized co-ord sets or A-line kurtis), and some garments are styled to be strictly fitted (like corsets or tailored blouses). We strongly request you to please review our sizing chart and guide to select the size best suited to your body measurements before purchasing. Small variations within standard industry stitching tolerances (0.5 to 1 inch) shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

20. Product Properties, Handwork, and Wash Care

Many of Maannat's premium garments are handcrafted using delicate natural fibers, traditional weaves, hand-printing techniques, or intricate hand embroidery (such as Zardozi, Gota Patti, or Sequin work). Hence:

  • (a) Subtle variations in color shade, weave texture, or print alignment are intrinsic to handcrafted apparel and are not defects.

  • (b) Wash Care: Customers must strictly follow the wash care instructions provided on the product page or garment tag (e.g., "Dry Clean Only" for heavy embroidered or silk garments). Maannat shall not be held liable for any damage, color bleeding, or shrinkage caused by incorrect washing methods.

21. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

22. Color and Screen Disclaimer

Maannat makes every effort to capture and display garment colors as accurately as possible under professional lighting. However, because computer monitors, laptop screens, tablets, and mobile displays vary significantly in settings, we cannot guarantee that the color exactness, brightness, and texture finish of the final garment will look 100% identical to what you see on your digital screen.

23. Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranties

You hereby acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the services on the website and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through the Website. In no event shall we be liable for any actions arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, nor any breach of conditions, representations, or warranties by the sellers of the products or services, and we hereby expressly repudiate all liabilities in that regard.

We do not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any products on the website. At no time shall any right, title, or interest in the products sold through or displayed on the website vest with Maannat, nor shall Maannat have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on the website.

You agree that you are making use of our Services at your own risk, and that they are being provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all express or implied warranties, terms, and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

24. Limitation of Liability

Maannat shall in no event be responsible or liable to you or to any third party, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, liquidated, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or business, business interruption, loss of programs or information, or loss of savings, or any other damages arising in any way shape or form out of the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to utilize the service arising in whole or in part from your access to this website, your use of the service, your purchase of products through the website or this agreement, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

25. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Maannat from any claim, demand, or actions, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party.

You hereby expressly release us from any cost, damage, liability, or other consequence of any of the actions/inactions of the makers, designers, service partners, members, or vendors and specifically waive any claims or demands that you may have in this behalf under any statute, contract or otherwise.

26. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

By visiting Maannat.com, you hereby agree that the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any legal disputes, and the conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

27. Disputes & Arbitration

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Maannat or to clothing products you purchase through Maannat shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Maannat's intellectual property rights (including duplicating outfit designs or copying catalog images), Maannat may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any competent court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

28. Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

By accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by the above-mentioned Terms of Use. Kindly note that Maannat reserves the right to alter, amend, and modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. All such amendments and modifications will be duly notified on this website.
