Exchange Policy

We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that our customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your outfits reach you in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns or provide refunds at the moment. Exchange is only available if the received item is defective or damaged. We strictly do not offer exchanges for size, color, or preference-related reasons.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • We only offer an exchange for domestic orders within India.

  • Exchanges are strictly limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items received by the customer.

  • The outfit(s) requested for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, and must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its standard size, color, fit, and wash care details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s screen/display settings, light variations during shoots, etc., there might be a slight color or texture difference. We will not accept exchange requests based on minor color differences, fabric material expectations, quality assumptions, or sizing issues.

  • Maannat shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed directly on our official website.

Exchange Process:

  • Time Limit: You can raise your exchange query for damaged/incorrect items with us within 72 hours of delivery. Requests received after 72 hours will not be entertained.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you have received a damaged product or a completely incorrect outfit from our side, please contact us immediately via email at mannatcouture1@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: To settle any disputes regarding damages or missing items, customers must provide a clear, unedited parcel opening/unboxing video. Without an opening video, damage claims will not be approved.

  • Exchange Logistics: An amount of Rs. 100 (per article) will be charged to process the reverse pickup and logistics of your exchange (Note: You can remove this point if you do not want to charge customers for returning a defective item).

  • Reverse Pickup Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt the reverse pickup twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, the pickup will be cancelled, and you will have to self-ship the product back to us. Please note that Reverse Pickup is strictly subject to the availability of the service in your area's PIN code.

  • Quality Inspection: Once the defective product is received back at our warehouse, it goes under our strict quality inspection department. Once approved, we will dispatch the exact replacement item within 24–48 working hours.

  • One-Time Exchange Rule: Exchanges will only be done once per order. Multiple exchanges or repetitive exchange requests on the same order will not be entertained.

  • No Exchange on Exchanged Orders: Items that have already been received as an exchange are not eligible for a second exchange.

  • Exact Replacement Match: Exchanges will only be available for the exact same item that was originally ordered.

  • Support Timings: You can get in touch with us regarding any exchange issues by emailing us at mannatcouture1@gmail.com. All queries will be resolved between Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Any pending queries will be solved on absolute priority the next working day.

Self-Shipping Of Orders For Exchange

In case your area PIN code is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup by our logistics team, you will need to courier the defective product(s) back to our warehouse facility.

Guidelines for Self-Shipping:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any further loss or damage during transit.

  • You must clearly mention your ORDER ID and Registered Mobile Number on the outer packaging.

  • All items must be in completely unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Please Note: We highly recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most reliable and widely distributed postal network across India.

(Note: Once your self-shipping process is required, please email us at mannatcouture1@gmail.com to get the complete warehouse return address).

Cancellation Policy

  • COD Orders: We offer you the ease of cancellation for your Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before they are dispatched from our facility.

  • Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders enter our processing and cutting system immediately and are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

  • How to Request: To request a cancellation for a COD order before dispatch, please email us immediately at mannatcouture1@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or decline certain customer orders at our sole discretion due to various operational reasons. These reasons may include the sudden unavailability of premium fabrics/raw materials, incorrect product listings, pricing errors on the website, or warning flags raised by our security team regarding payment-related risks or potential fraudulent practices. Our decision to accept or cancel an order shall remain final and binding.

Refund Policy

Maannat does not provide any returns or monetary refunds on products once sold and delivered. We exclusively offer an exchange option ONLY in the case of defective or damaged items. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for size, color, or preference-related reasons. You may refer to the guidelines above under the 'Exchange Process' section.
